Also, I didn't translate the TOC for this volume because I haven't read all the chapters yet. After we're done with the current volume, remind me and I'll do a v2 with the entire TOC translated.
Also, thanks to Nobunee for providing us with the scans. There should be a volume 3 in the future, but it doesn't look like it's been published yet. Despite my lack of motivation, caused in part by your indifference, dear leechers, we'll complete this volume at least.
